<li>Add onions, ginger, green chillies, coconut(2-3 tbsp) and all above ingredients except kadi patta, refined oil and rai.

<p>Apply a thick layer of this mixture on 4 slices of bread and make a sandwhich ( by applying btw 2 layers)</p>
<li>At the time of serving, add 2 tsp oil, rai, kadi patta. Heat oil. Place these pieces on tawa and fry them on both sides on medium flame and decorate it with green coriander and grated coconut.

<p>Serve it with coconut or pudina chutney.</p>

<p>Place second layer of bread slice above it. Then arrange cabbage and cucumber with mayonaisse mixed on this layer. Cover it with the third bread slice.</p>
<li>Apply butter over it. Cover it with finely chopped tomatoes . Sprinkle salt and pepper. Grate cheese over it.

<p>Cover it with the last layer of bread with butter side dwon.</p>
<p><strong>Ingredient for Potato Covering</strong></p>
<p>Potatoes- 700gms<br />
amul butter- 4 tbsp<br />
milk- 2, 3 tbsp<br />
salt- 1 tsp<br />

Method</strong></p>
<li>Boil potatoes. Peel and mash them while hot. Add amul butter, milk, slat and beat it with spoon.
<li>Cover the whole sandwhich with potato icing and make design with icing nozzle and bake it in a pre heated oven for 20-25mins in a temp of 160- 180 C.

<p>Serve it with tomato sauce. </p>

<p>In a pan, add butter and lightly fry the vegetables. Sortie it and put it in daliya. Then put rest of the ingredients.</p>
<p>U can also put processed cheese over daliya while serving.</p>

meida- 2 tbsp<br />
baking powder- 1/4 tsp<br />
milk- 1/2 cup +2 tbsp<br />
mustard powder- 1tsp<br />
amul processed cheese- 2 to 3 tbsp<br />
black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp<br />
salt- 1/4 tsp</p>
<p>Mix all the above ingredients, make a thick batter and keep aside.</p>
<p>We also need oil- for defrying and bread crumps- for coating.</p>
<p><strong>How to set the toast</strong></p>
<p>   1. Put a layer of potato on a dry bread, put a coating of coating of cornflour above it and on the sides of the bread also.<br />
   2. Then apply bread grums on coating and on the side.<br />
   3. Keep all these coated slices on a tray for 1 hour for good effect.<br />
   4. Heat oil, put coated side first in oil and defry to a golden color.<br />
   5. These can be then stored in a clena film.<br />
   6. Decorate with pudina leaves on the top and serve with chilly sauce or green chutney.</p>

   4. Place cucumber and tomato slices, sprinkle salt and pepper.<br />
   5. Put a layer of cheese on it . Apply potato filling on cheese and then close the bread.</p>
<p>At the time of serving, grill it to a golden color.<br />

<p>Take a tray, cover it with foil, cabbage spread and place potato chips on one side and tomato sauce and chilly sauce on other. </p>
